At Lyssen, every project follows a structured development flow from the initial customer request to mass production. We combine engineering expertise with OEM / ODM capabilities to provide automotive instruments, wiring harnesses, sensors, and EV solutions that meet international standards, for buses, electric vehicles, hydrogen vehicles, and heavy-duty vehicles.

The flow begins with defining product specifications and test standards, followed by mechanical, software, and hardware design. It then progresses through prototyping, function validation, pilot run, assembly validation, and mass production, ensuring precision, performance, and on-time delivery.
