The C8010 is a fully customizable (OEM / ODM) EV harness for power control unit (PCU) connections, supporting control signals, feedback signals, and high-voltage interlock (HV Interlock) loops. Rated voltage is 12V / 24V DC, current rating 5A–20A, with PVC insulation, and multilayer shielding, high-density connectors, and a vibration-buffered build, operating temperature -40°C to 90°C, compliant with ISO 6722, SAE J1939, or equivalent powertrain-control standards. It integrates with the progauges EV harness system and E-Mobility fuse box and is customizable for pin layout, interlock loops, and routing.
