Overview
The OS011 is a fully customizable (OEM / ODM) dual-pole oil pressure sensor providing independent dual signals for simultaneous gauge display and alert. Pressure range is 0–6 bar / 0–80 psi, with a 150–30 Ω output (one pole to the gauge "S" terminal, one pole to the warning light WL), rated voltage 12V / 24V DC, accuracy ±1.5–3%, 1/8-27 NPT thread, operating temperature -40°C to +125°C / +150°C, in a steel housing, compliant with SAE J1810, ISO 6722, and ISO 16750, with optional integrated temperature sensing. It pairs with progauges pressure gauges and is specified to customer requirements.
