Temperature Sensor
The temperature sensor uses an NTC thermistor element to measure coolant, engine oil, and transmission oil temperature. It must be paired with progauges temperature gauges, with the resistance–temperature curve matched at the factory before shipment for direct correspondence with progauges digital and mechanical temperature displays, and customization is available. Suitable for heavy-duty trucks, buses, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, forklifts, and generator sets. Available for OEM / ODM development.

Overview
The TS001 is a fully customizable (OEM / ODM) NTC thermistor temperature sensor for engine coolant, oil, and intake temperature monitoring, providing a resistive output for analog gauges or ECU input. Measurement range is 25°C to +150°C, accuracy ±3°C, with NTC 2kΩ @ 25°C, a passive resistive output, M12×1.5, M14×1.5, 1/8 NPT, or custom threads, a copper housing with epoxy-sealed probe, operating temperature 25°C to +125°C / +150°C, compliant with SAE J1810, ISO 6722, and ISO 16750 (vibration). It pairs with progauges temperature gauges, integrates with EV harnesses and E-Mobility fuse boxes, and is customizable for range, sensing element, thread, and connector.
