It must be paired with progauges pressure gauges, with the measurement range and output matched at the factory before shipment for direct correspondence with progauges digital and mechanical pressure displays, and customization is available. Suitable for heavy-duty trucks, buses, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, forklifts, and generator sets. Available for OEM / ODM development.

Overview
The AS001 is a fully customizable (OEM / ODM) compact air pressure sensor for air-brake and air-suspension systems on buses, trucks, and heavy vehicles. Pressure range is 0–10 bar / 0–145 psi with a 0.5–4.5V proportional output, rated voltage 5V / 12V / 24V DC, accuracy ±1–2%, overpressure capacity 2–3× range, operating temperature -40°C to +125°C, with G1/8, M12×1.5, NPT1/8, or custom ports and a piezoresistive sensing element, compliant with ISO 6722, ISO 16750 (vibration), and IP67 / IP69K. It pairs with progauges pressure gauges, integrates with EV harnesses and E-Mobility fuse boxes, and is customizable for pressure range, thread, and output.
